Global NY: Export Marketing Assistance Service (EMAS)

Brian Teubner, International Trade Manager of the Empire Development Corporation helped the Greater New York Chamber celebrate World Trade Month by presenting a Global NY: Export Marketing Assistance Service (EMAS) webinar.

The EMAS program is designed to help NYS small-to-medium sized businesses find sales agents or distributors abroad for their export-ready products and/or services. Once NYS companies are accepted to the EMAS program, Global NY’s international offices can provide local expertise for the overseas markets they’re interested in, conduct customized research and identify potential partners for them.

With representatives around the world and programs offering export funding and assistance, Global NY helps New York businesses enter or expand their presence in the global marketplace. Global NY programs connect companies with sales agents and distributors abroad and offset the costs of exporting with grants and loans. By participating in our trade missions, New York businesses can create and reinforce global connections and partnerships.
