On October 4th, the Lower Hudson Business Expo at the Westchester County Center offered expert advice and networking opportunities courtesy of Broadview Networks, Aetna, Hilton Grand Vacations, Croton Auto Park, the United States Postal Service, the Westchester Hispanic Chamber, the Journal News and over eighty other exhibitors.
After an exciting ribbon cutting and welcome luncheon with special guest NYS Assemblyman Adam Bradley, hundreds of attendees got to hear from expert panels on a variety of topics including: Global Trade Made Easy moderated by Christine Serano Glassner of the US Office of Advocacy; Tax Credits, Compliance Tips and Labor Incentives moderated by Rich Torres of the IRS; Professional Coaching/Maximizing Resources and Profits moderated by publicist Wayne Schaffel; Accessing Capital & Credit moderated by Bruce mason of Union State Bank and Selling on The Internet presented by the United States Postal Service and E-Bay.
The bi annual expo was followed by a Taste of NY Closing Reception attended by Westchester County Executive Andy Spano and Legislator Jose Alverado. A proclamation from the Governor's Office and a new United States Postal Stamp honoring Hispanic Heritage Month were also unveiled.
The reception was generously catered by; Meson Los Espanoles, Yvonnes' Southern Cusine, Greyston Bakery, 5th Avenue Chocolatiere, Zaneros, Liberty Valley Wines, Sugar Hill Beer, Culin Art Caterers, California Pizza Kitchens, and Applebee's.
