Savoir-Faire Magazine is an award-winning magazine which has highlighted small and minority businesses and entrepreneurship for 18 years. Savoir-Faire Magazine was founded in Cleveland, Ohio in 1997 by Daphney Washington-Grier who used the magazine as a method to boost sales and marketing efforts of local businesses, who were having a difficult time paying for mainstream advertising. The magazine became very popular and moved on to North Carolina, New York and other states. The magazine has both local issues and a national issue. It is available in print and online. The online issue has grown to more than 250,000 readers. The magazine has a paid distribution, as well as free distribution to local churches. It is available nationwide in Walgreen's stores and supermarkets throughout the Carolinas.
